I really need help identifying this rabbit fish I bought today. I bought it because it was on sale and the guy didn't know what it was exactly. He just said ordinary rabbit fish. When I saw it at the store, it was changing colors a lot. It went from dark red to brown to desert camo but it's natural color seemed to be plain silver. When it was in the bag it stayed dessert camo colored. After I brought I home and it got used to the tank, it has remained at a brownish whitish mixture. I can't find anything online about a rabbit fish like this. It has a very strewn lined body and a perfect v shaped tail. I don't want to keep it if it will eat my coral or hurt my other fish. Please tell me if you know anything about a rabbit fish like this. Thanks

Yeah, from what I noticed, rabbitfishes tend to change colors a lot especially for the first few days it's introduced to the tank and at night when it's sleeping.  Mandarins are pretty awesome too, a little tricky to keep happy from my experience, but awesome nonetheless.  Congrats on the new tank inhabitant!  :)

It wasn't, I gave up and traded it in for a mandarin that eats frozen food.

Post some pictures, it sounds like a magnificent rabbit fish, but I'm not sure without pictures.
