Yeah, having a quarantine tank is always nice, I usually add another step to my dipping too, after dipping them in coral rx, I also dip them in freshwater and do a few mini shakes in the water before putting them in the main tank.  It's slightly rough on them at first, but the corals I've had managed to survive the two dips.

I performed a dip and found I have Acro eatting flat worms. I bought some frags from a LFS I had never used and I don't think I ever will again. I Dipped them with coral rx and didn't see anything. Well lesson learned I will be setting up a small quartine tank for fish & corals.
