My nh3, no2 & no3 levels are rising. Fish look healtyy, not over feeding, and monitor each day? Any idea why and a any ideas to rid the nh3. I have already done a partial water change, but it has still slightly risen after it dropped initially. Also, will the air bubbles from my power head help filter out nh3, no2, and no3 through my protein skimmer?

Seems like your tank may be going through another small cycle, did you rearrange anything in the tank or kick up the sand recently?  Or, something may have died?  The protein skimmer usually helps with the levels of nitrate, but it does help with the cycling too from what I remember.  But yeah, the best thing is what you've been doing, daily monitoring and partial water changes until everything stabilizes.
